Delivery

 USA Orders

FREE Priority shipping on all orders in the USA with no minimum purchasing costs or quantity. 

All of our items are dispatched using USPS Priority shipping, this get's your purchase to you as quickly as possible usually between 2 to 3 days once shipped. Processing and packaging the order at our Los Angeles based Hugh Simms Workshop takes an estimate of business 2 to
3 days. 

Fast Shipping  we aim to get your package to you as fast as possible but if you need your purchase even sooner we do offer FEDEX and UPS (2 to 3 day shipping) for an additional cost. Just email sales@hughsimms.com with detailed information and one of our sales employees will get back to you as quickly as possible.

For custom, made-to-order items, please check within the individual item description for estimated delivery times.

  International Orders

The majority of our items are dispatched using a Post Standard Airmail. 

We aim to within 10-14 working days from dispatch, but during busy times this may be longer, so be sure to drop us a line if you need your item super-quick and we’ll do our best to help. For custom, made-to-order items, please check within the individual item description for estimated delivery times.

Delivery costs for international orders are based upon weight and destination. The delivery costs associated with your order can be found on the final screen of the ordering process before you submit your order to us. We are not responsible for any customs or country taxes.

Packaging

Each product description page will say how each product is packaged. However most our packaging is in our Hugh Simms Custom Metal 1920's Made in the USA Tobacco Tins. Perfect for holding our neckties or any other man stuff you might have.These tins are then packaged carefully in our Postal Boxes with shredded fillings. We love extra stuff so we always throw in a bunch of Hugh Simms stickers.

Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us that you get exactly what you want so we happily do returns and exchanges. We except returns up to 28 days after purchase. Here is the form and for further questions contact info@hughsimms.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand that you may need to return or exchange your purchase from HUGHSIMMS.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your
order, we will gladly accept it for exchange or return. Please see our policies below:

Return:

• For all products purchased online at HUGHSIMMS.com, we will issue a full credit to the original tender (credit card) if returned within 60 days

of the purchase date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice (on reverse of this form).

• Initial shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

• Items must be in good condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. The merchandise shall be returned in its original apparel box.

Exchange:

• For all exchanges, please refer to HUGHSIMMS.com to make sure that the product you desire is still available. Availability of replacement

items is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

• All exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt (reverse side) within 60 days of the purchase date on your invoice to be eligible

• If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of HUGHSIMMS.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost

to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

To Return or Exchange, follow the next 3 steps:

1. FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW: Please fill out this Returns & Exchanges form completely and include the entire form in your return/exchange

package. All of your personal/shipping info is on the reverse side of this form, so please retain a copy of the original receipt for yourself.

2. REPACK THE MERCHANDISE: The merchandise shall be returned in its original apparel box.

3. SHIP

We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. HUGH SIMMS LLC is not liable for any packages lost during the

returns process if tracking information is not available via alternative carrier.
