We provide fast and free USPS priority shipping on all orders. In today's world we understand the importance of receiving products quickly. 

Typically 2-3 days to package and process an order and we ship USPS Priority 2-4 days to be delivered in USA. Holiday hours may affect USPS delivery times.

• For all exchanges, please refer to HUGHSIMMS.com to make sure that the product you desire is still available. Availability of replacement

items is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

• All exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt (reverse side) within 60 days of the purchase date on your invoice to be eligible

• If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of HUGHSIMMS.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost

to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

To Return or Exchange, follow the next 3 steps:

1.FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW: Please fill out this Returns & Exchanges form completely and include the entire form in your return/exchange

package. All of your personal/shipping info is on the reverse side of this form, so please retain a copy of the original receipt for yourself.

2.REPACK THE MERCHANDISE: The merchandise shall be returned in its original apparel box.

We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. HUGH SIMMS LLC is not liable for any packages lost during the

returns process if tracking information is not available via alternative carrier.
