WHY HUGH SIMMS TIES ARE UNIQUE: Many of the Hugh Simms ties are custom fabrics all of which Hugh designs himself on a train, at the Hugh Simms studio, or wherever and whenever inspiration strikes. They are then sent off to the top mills where they are made from only the finest neckwear silk.

HUGH SIMMS NOTES: GOD is into details and the details make original products. Designing fabric started when I couldn’t find what I was looking for and knew it was the foundation of a great neckwear piece. I had to bring my overall vision fully to life and being a true lover of fabric this made perfect sense. These woven fabrics are rich with colors and soft to the touch. The lost library fabric is full of my color palate which lends itself to muddy browns dusty blues and slightly tarnished golds.
